Hanna and Goliath Law & Education Privacy Policy
From 25 May 2018, a new data protection regulation, abbreviated GDPR, applies within the EU and then replaces our Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). Hanna and Goliath wants to inform you about how your personal data is processed when you are in contact with the business.
All information that can be directly or indirectly linked to you as a physical individual is considered to constitute personal data. When you contact Hanna and Goliath, e.g. send quotation requests, apply for an internship or for any other reason send an e-mail, you provide your personal data to Hanna and Goliath.
The personal data can consist of name, social security number, e-mail address, telephone number, and application documents such as CV.
Hanna and Goliath Law & Education processes your name and contact details only to be able to respond to your inquiries, fulfill agreements with you, invoicing, marketing and administration. Sometimes Hanna and Goliath uses collected personal data in the form of images and sound recordings to make the business visible and develop. In these cases, consent has always been obtained, agreements concluded or a balance made to ensure that there is a legitimate interest.
When you visit Hanna and Goliath's website, information is processed about how you use the website, i.e. how you reached and left the page, IP address and geographical information.
Hanna and Goliath does not pass on your personal data to third parties. In the exceptional cases where this happens, consent is always obtained. Hanna and Goliath saves your personal data as long as we have an established customer relationship. You can request that Hanna and Goliath delete your personal data at any time, except when Hanna and Goliath needs it to be able to invoice. You can also say at any time that you do not want to receive mailings from Hanna and Goliath.

Right to information
You have the right to know what personal data Hanna and Goliath processes about you and you can request a copy of this.
Right to rectification
If you believe that Hanna and Goliath's information about you is incorrect, you have the right to request that it be corrected. If something is missing, you can request that information be added.
Your right to object
You have the right to object to Hanna and Goliath processing your data based on a balancing of interests. If Hanna and Goliath cannot then demonstrate that reasons outweigh your reasons, the processing must cease.
Right to be deleted
You have the right to request that your personal data at Hanna and Goliath be deleted. For example, it may be that you consider the data no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or the processing is based on your consent, which you now wish to withdraw.
What should I do if I am dissatisfied?
If you are dissatisfied with how your personal data is handled, you can contact Hanna and Goliath and ask that the handling be changed or corrected. You also have the right to report dissatisfaction to the Data Inspectorate, which is the supervisory authority for my personal data processing.
